The Benefits
V2Work Holidays
At V2Works, we celebrate holidays right. Benefits include eight paid holidays off per year, including:
New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
Wellness Package
Medical (Regence): $500 Deductible, $20 Copay, Tiered Prescription.
Dental (Delta Dental): $50 Deductible. Preventive Services (exams, cleanings & x-rays 2 per year with Deductible Waived) Maximum annual Benefit $1,500
Vision: 100% coverage, one exam per year. Standard eyeglass lenses covered in full plus $150 towards hardware.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
All V2Works employees get three weeks off per year of PTO to use when you need it. That’s 15 days per year, which equals 120 hours!
Use your PTO for vacation days, personal days, or sick days as the need or desire arises.
PTO is accrued upon hire date with first full pay period.
